Welcome to Redlynch Real Estate
The very first Real Estate Agency established at Redlynch in July 2001. Our office is at Redlynch Shopping Village opposite the Red Beret Hotel. We service our immediate area and the nearby suburbs of Freshwater, Caravonica, Kamerunga, Stratford, Aeroglen, Brinsmead & Lake Placid.
The Principal Licensee David Jeffries has been based at Redlynch Shopping Village since January 2002 and has personally sold more than 150 properties at Redlynch and over 550 properties in the Cairns suburbs during the past 15 years. He has sold more properties in the Redlynch district than any other agent in Cairns. David is also a Practising Member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
Prior to entering the real estate industry David was a career banker for 15 years. His 15 years experience selling local real estate, plus superior marketing, financial & negotiation skills ensures his clients achieve the highest possible sale prices for their properties.
David is also proud to have been the Major Sponsor of the Redlynch Junior AFL Football Club since 2007. Redlynch Real Estate is also a Major Sponsor of Redlynch Razorbacks Junior Rugby League Club.
